Department of Commerce

This Department was first introduced in 1971 to impart education for H.S. Course only. The Under Graduate Course i.e. B.Com.(Hons.) in Accounting and Finance has been started since the year 2000 with initial intake of 30 seats which has gradually increased to 58 in 2014. During this short period this Department has shown very good results despite shortage of adequate infrastructural facilities. Many students who have passed out from this department are now well placed in several responsible positions. The Department aspires to introduce under graduate course in Management if necessary infrastructural facilities are provided.
