The Heads of the Departments are requested to communicate the following to their students, selected for admission to the Girls’ Hostel:

Documents required at the time of admission to the Girls' Hostel

1.      Covid vaccination certificate - 2 copies

2.     Application form submitted for Hostel admission

3.     Receipt of Hostel fee payment

4.    Receipt of College fee payment

5.     Declaration form signed by the parent/ guardian

6.    Aadhar card/ voter card of the candidate - original + 2 photocopies

7.     Aadhar card/voter card of the parent who signed the declaration form - original + 2 photocopies

8.    2 passport sized photographs of the candidate

9.    Aadhar card/ voter card of the local guardian - original + 2 photocopies

10.  One Passport sized photograph of the local guardian

11.  Document of the present address of the local guardian (if present address is different from the address mentioned in the Aadhar / voter card of the local guardian)

12.  One Application by the candidate in plain paper mentioning name, present address, WhatsApp No. of her local guardian endorsed by the parent/guardian of the candidate.

Local Guardian should accompany the candidate at the time of her admission to the Hostel mandatorily. Local guardians must be endorsed by the parent/guardian of the candidate.

Please note eating out is not allowed.
