Notice: Admission to the Girls’ Hostel     Date: 15^h Nov, 2021

Welcome to Maulana Azad College Girls’ Hostel:

Selected candidates need to report to the Girls’ Hostel authority for admission to the Hostel, as per the following schedule:

Both Guardian /Parent and Local Guardian should accompany the candidate at the time of her admission to the Hostel.

1.      Students are required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to be eligible for admission to the Hostel.

2.     Students should strictly maintain the Covid-19 guidelines in the Hostel. Boarders should use proper masks (N95 mask/ surgical mask /double mask), sanitizers and maintain social distancing at all times.

3.     Boarders need to bring necessary bedding provisions like Mattress (3 ft x 6 ft), Bed linen etc. along with themselves.

4.    Candidates must bring the following documents at the time of admission to the Hostel on the abovementioned dates:

a)    Copy of Receipt of the Hostel Admission Fee Payment

b)    Copy of Acknowledgement Receipt of College Admission Fee Payment

c)     Copy of Hostel Application along with all relevant documents uploaded

d)   Covid Vaccination Certificate- 2 copies

e)    Documents of Photo ID- Aadhaar/Epic/PAN etc.- original +2 copies

f)      Documents of Address Proof- Aadhaar/Epic etc.- original +2 copies

g)    Passport size Photographs- 2 copies

h)   Declaration From Parents/Guardian for Hostel Admission in the prescribed format duly signed by the parents/guardian

i)      Documents of the Local Guardian: Photo ID and Address Proof (Aadhaar/Epic/PAN etc.)- original + 2 copies, Contact Mobile/WhatsApp No., Email ID are also required.
