[For communication to Sem-2 students regarding ENVS]

Heads of the Departments are requested to inform their respective B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Sem-2 students (Hons & GE) the following Schedule for the compulsory AECC-2 (Environmental Studies) Internal Assessment (100 Marks) as per notice by CU Pro-Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs:

1.      Project Work (30 Marks): Period from 17/11/2020 to 23/11/2020

Separate Project Format for Arts, Science & Commerce will be sent to respective HODs mail Ids by Dr. Subhasis Panda, Associate Professor of Botany by 13/11/2020. HODs are requested to send this Format to their students on or before 17/11/2020. Students will submit project in a PDF file to their respective HODs mail ids on or before 24/11/2020. Submitted Project work will be evaluated by the respective Department.

2.     Internal Evaluation (MCQ Type: 50 Marks):

Online Examination will be held on: 08/12/2020 (12.00 Noon to 2 PM)

Students have to submit their scanned answer scripts in a PDF file to their respective HODs mail Ids by 3 PM the same day. Question along with Answer Key will be sent to respective HODs mail Ids by Dr. S. Panda on the date of exam at 10 AM. Paper evaluation will be done by the respective Department.

3.     Internal Evaluation (10 Marks): Respective Departments will evaluate in between 24/11/2020 and 07/12/2020.

4.    Attendance: 10 marks.
