Dear Fellow MACites

The College has registered to ‘G Suite for Education’; user ID and password of individual faculties will be sent to their respective emails shortly. 

These user account IDs can be used to work with and integrate with all the Google Apps like Gmail, Google Classroom, Meet etc with many additional features and with more Cloud Storage.

It may also work as an institutional mail ID for individual faculty members (e.g. ujjal.sanyal@maulanaazadcollegekolkata.ac.in) within the working structures of Google network.

Thus, we can use and integrate the following apps of Google with more advanced features with greater security: e.g.

Google MEET: free Video Conferencing Software, we can use it to create and start Live Lecture Sessions for online tutorials and it comes up with ready to use options like screen sharing, Live Chat, Lecture session Recording facility to Google Drive and Live streaming of Video Tutorials.

Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Forms, interactive creation and sharing of reports, surveys to seek feedback.

This will enable collaboration among faculties, staffs, and students within institution.

NB: As per the earlier notice Lesson Plan and Question Bank of all the departments are not yet uploaded.
